Following this sale, Dr. Kaznelson will hold options over 500,000 shares, which if exercised would represent approximately 0.12 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital as enlarged. In addition, Dr. Kaznelson has a beneficial holding of 146,300 shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
