BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a global provider of advanced network infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, gives notice that the Company’s annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the “2025 Annual Report”) has been published today and is available on the BATM website in the Investor Relations section under Financial Reports at: http://www.batm.com/investor-relations/financial-statements/.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the 2025 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (“NSM”) and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
